Hello effpee! It's been such a longlong time since someone last posted here! D:

Anyways, this is the first post in 2011, so there are quite a few things to update about. :D

First of all, a warm welcome to our new secones, Sarah and Jin Pin! Do work hard and be enthusiastic, and have lotsa fun in the process! :D

Hmmm... OC's coming up, as well as many many other stuff. In any case, things are just gonna get busier and busier, so all we can do is to work hard, stay positive and keep ourselves as healthy as possible! Good luck to all! :D

Sorry for taking so long to post sth on fp's blog:D Anyway, all that I want to say had been said by adeline as well as in my letter to y'all(: Don't worry I will try to squeeze out new stuff to say on this post muahahaha!:D

So i really want to thank y'all for a wonderful and A-W-E-S-O-M-E farewell last thurs! Too bad we didn't take patrol picture :/ I really like all the presents that y'all gave us with all the meaning behind it...however I was rather amused by the 'we were born in the year of dog' tinge haha[: oh and is the dog towel hand-made by rachel? Omg it is very nice! Thanks!
Thanks all for the wonderful memories during patrol outingsXD remember to invite us when y'all have another patrol outing ;D

Hopefully y'all can update this blog often and keep the advertisers away LOL XD It's been really great knowing all of you and I will never forget any FP-ians(: Rmb to wave to adeline and I when you see us in school! We will try to come down for patrol mtg as often as possible. Must work well tgt as flowerpeckers 'kay? We will look forward to more enthu and lively FP!

Hello FP!

Just wanted to thank all of you again for the awesome, fabulous, wonderful farewell presents. Haha, all the late nights spent and the cabbings at night and the 6-msg long sms from Rachel to explain what the presents signify, its really touching:( It's so sad that we have to leave guides after three and a half years of guiding but i guess it can be helped:/
Anyway, to the whites: Its really difficult to have to say goodbye after spending close to 3 years together..
~ Rachel: Congrats on being promoted to PL!(: haha. I wont forget all the times we have spent together, talking about teachers, deciding on what types of newspapers to read and many many other stuff. I'll miss you, my dear sometimes-blur junior(:

~Xinyee: Haha, it was really amusing watching you gulping down cups and cups of drinks during patrol outing(: thanks for all those wonderful memories that you have left me with. Heh I wont forget your contagious laughter! I'll miss you, my dear cute junior(:

~ Vanessa: Hey, i definitely wont forget the part about you trying to push us into the pool and always trying to suan us(: haha, thanks for everything cos you livened up and helped to bond our patrol. I'll miss you, my dear abit-rough junior(:

In any case I shall thank the seniors once more here. THANKYOU! With you guys, we had manymanymany patrol meetings which helped FP bond (yes only WE have the amazing ability to bond in a few words)! And to top it off, 2 fantabulous patrol outings which just made everything better!

Kay now I shouldn't say stuff that happened in the past. I should talk about the FUTURE. Much more optimistic. :)

So yea even though you have officially left us to work even harder and strive for your big Os, we know that inside you, you haven't left us at all like what they always said on TV, 人不在,心在! :D Hahahaha! Hope that you guys will join us in the future patrol outings, with the already graduated seniors. Soon FP's pat outings will be a super big event. :DDDDDDDD FP loves you!

hi there! tis is my second time writing on the blog. i realised that my last post was lyk a few weeks ago and the blogs totally dead so im writing again!
Hmm...actually im not free at all...im currently stuck with 5 pages of math holiday hw...and my poem which i haven'y even started on...-.-...but i was tying on the computer and i decided to blog on my blog frst then the patrol blog...diao...im writing my own stuff now...oks enuf of crap...tis holiday i'll definitely have difficulties finishing all my hw...haizzz...frst three weeks r out for hw...the last week i'll b away...crappy! can all of u all finish all your hw?? well, im one who CAN'T... but nvm im still happy...muahahahah =D i noe im vry crappy :p

Revival!

I was just bloghopping(a rare free time!) and realised that our blog is dead for *counts fingers* 3 months plus! :O

So since I'm free now, it's time for the revival of the blog!:D

Hmmm actually there's nothing much to update about, maybe just some stuff that happened through the 3 months:/

March holidays have came and gone
3 birthdays have passed since the last update
Countless tests have passed too, and countless waiting.
Inter patrol outdoor cooking has long passed but it's still quite fun thinking about it once in a while
Our pat tee design is up, and from two pieces of paper it became 10 green shirts:D
Camp is 5 weeks away
Term2 is coming to an end(so fast!D:)
The last update was when Chloe first joined us. Now she has already passed her colour party.
Jubilate is next week, and when nienping first told us about it, it felt so far away:O
The ultra busyhecticexciting JUNE holidays are getting nearer~

Feeling a bit bored now...

Yikes, that day I went to the supermarket with some other sec2 guides to buy some stuff for the pot luck. Eeeee it's so freaking unfair. The other patrols had lots of nice and yummy stuff associated with their name, like DOVE chocolates, DOVE shampoo, SUNFLOWER seeds, OREO biscuits and bla, but there's no such thing as FP chocolate or FP shampoo. ):

Anyway, the other patrols also don't really have anything that's named after them, so it's still ok. :]

On the plus side, chocolate and biscuits are FATtening.

YAY someone finally posted on the blog! thanks to carnation!

Anyway, cca fair turned out to be quite a success, though gatway was rushing at the last minute with railings and support not done ha, was quite tiring though. the day before CCA fair, at first I wasn't planning to stay for campfire but in the end stayed till 9 PLUS! sigh...was super tired that I slept the minute I had eaten my dinner and bath haha(:

Red badge sec1s will be arriving soon, hopefully there will be some nice SEC1S in flowerpeck!:D Week 2 is gonna be soo busy, with guides and cca auditions:( It's kind of funny to have red badge JUNIORS with us soon as when I was in sec1, our sec4 seniors were the red badges, now it seems the role has reversed! :D don't you think so, adeline? LOL!

YAY CCA Fair is done!:)

Really tiring, preparing and all. :O But it's fun:)

Looked around and everyone's shoes were all muddy and all. Some even got mud on their skirts. Haha.

I feel sorry for the guyline balls that were flung from the catapult. They were really nice and clean and cute. But then at the end of the day both became mudballs with a thick layer of mud and some decorative grass on them. They also rolled and "swam" in the drain with muddy water and sulphur. ): Gross.

I want to know our sec1 juniors soon. But I miss being a sec1 too. ;) Ahhh wtv.

It seems quite long before I posted...why didn't anyone post? lol:D

anyway I'm here to upload all our pictures from patrol outing previously, sorry I took sooo long to upload haha, was quite busy recently.

I shall dictate all the happenings during 23NOV PATROL OUTING....

It was a sunny morning, we meet at AMK station to go to EAST COAST PARK together...there was supposed to be more ppl going, but sadly they backed out at the last minute(no offence(:)-so we are left with 5 flowerpeckers.

When we reached there, we had our lunch first(everyone was super hungry by then) and we had POTLUCK! It was quite a nice meal haha and we wolfed down our lunch(literally):D

this is our fabulous lunch~

we decided to exercised a little while waiting for renee to arrive(but she had some problem with her phone and can't be contacted, in the end she did not come:( )

We had a game of volleyball and everyone is so skilled in volleyball!(Pls refer to the pictures on facebook)-'cos the loading is just so slow!

look at how they serve and hit back haha:D

AFTER our mini exercise, we decided to give RACHEL a little surprise as it was her birthday the day before(22 nov) and we managed to keep it a secret...we tricked her by burying her up with sand(on her legs only!) -refer to pictures on facebook!

STEP 1 Rachel was to stand firmly on the ground

STEP 2 carnation, madeline, adeline-the peckers started to build a foundation and me(pei ying) is the 'professional' camera-woman around(muahahaha)!

STEP 3 we managed to build a firm foundation and slowly step by step, by hook or by crook, sweat after sweat, we were DONE

Rachel really look like Sir, stamford raffles when she was standing still haha! ENJOY!
after all this building, we bought ice cream to celebrate her birthday and she was requested by us for a speech(look at the video) lol! Of course, we did some cycling in the rain(it was drizzling non-stop!)...carnation, who do not know how to cycle, went on a double bike with me haha! though it was difficult to control at first, but we managed to cycle smothly and Carnation learnt a new skill that day(lucky her!)

It was really an interesting patrol outing and I truly enjoyed it! Hopefully, the flowerpeck family can gather in the future and have a major patrol outing:

And its like my left eye was swelling during camp, then its just barely two weeks after then my right eye begin to swell again! so irritating! oh and i realise that me and ky are sort of falling sick somewhere, ky's throat and my eyes! hahas(:

theres guides on saturday. argh got tuition after that. school reopened for five days. so far so bad. im having a terrible *coughs* sore throat. according to the doctor it's UPPER RESPIRATORY THROAT INFECTION. the name is so cool:D i didnt go school yesterday. woohoo but i snoozed the whole day coz of the drowsy medicine. and got slight fever. i totally cant talk yesterday. i was like squeaking the whole time and my stupid sis made me shout at her which came out as an out of tune yell. ok im done complaining. okay, apparently holidays are not as fun as i expected it to be..but oh well..
and the sec 1s are finally enrolled! Gee! but the ceremony was kind of not like a ceremony, but looking on the brighter side, we get to be released early, so who cares?(: ( enrolment reminds me of last year's enrolment ceremony):D ah well.

so pre-camp was kind of err..okay, i guess. i think i fall in love with OUTDOOR COOKING! hahas. (random) what shall i talk about? hmmmmm

June 4 is quite a day to remember(is it or is it not?)...the sec 1s are finally ENROLLED! lol although the ceremony was quite informal and un-grand, the sec 1s still enrolled. cONGRATS TO vanessa, rachel! [ xin yee didnt come on jun 4 so nt yet enrolled](: anw now left camp and farewell sigh...-sniff- it would be such a tear-ri-licous event!

By the way, are we gonna change blog? oh and bck to the camp tinge, wat r we gonna buy for the sec 4s? :D

Pre-camp was kind of fun yet tedious. had outdoor cooking etc, and outdoor cooking my patrol had decent cooked grouper fillet and corn[though esther still felt it taste sort of un-cooked ha]. But overall it can be eaten by human and we had quite some fun pouring nonya chilli sauce over our fish and it tastes great!lol through this pre-camp, sure learnt lotsa stuff about gadgets, kitchen shelter, axemanship etc. So everyone how's YOUR pre-camp? Have fun? haha different people have diferent opinions, these are jus some of my opinions I felt about pre-camp. WHEE!

hello. me. here. again. lol.

the 8 projects are boring me out! whamp! slapped by the projects! haha i know this is so lame but being lame is fun :D i hav the project disease. touch me and u will get infected. highly contagious. call the ambulance! old macdonald had a farm e ya e ya o. wateva. today is a happy saturday! there are many shows on saturday! yesterday at 11.30 was this "coma" show. a horror movie. it prevented me from staying up late coz i hav a weak heart:) it took over the 11.30 to 1.30 friday night show i wanna watch : GOONG! but there is tsubasa today at 1am! yay. im an owl when it comes to weekends. hate elearning. HATES. stupid macbeth. die already still must torture us. didn't he get enough of torturing ppl when he was alive?! @#$%^&*! lalala. boring. ttfn :)

did you watch the super short news coverage of fiesta on the news a while ago?! i did!!! and ms chan's chinese was so surprising that i can only gape at her in awe ;)
she keep erm erm erm till there was no more erms in the whole wide world.and it was so sad that they didnt shoot our cheerleaders coz i thought they were marvellous!!! and it they made everyone so high especially the opposite gender. erhem. i spent 110 dollars and guess what? i won lots and lots of small beans and big beans. as in the mr. bean's teddy bear and not some beans used to cook wateva.
this is pretty short but oh well...gtg

Sch has started and I'm writing on a good friday!:D Haven been posting or tagging much but finally a sec 1 posted! Glad to see tat! Have read thru posts and realised tat most of them are COMPLAINTS of Vanessa splashing water, playing a fool etc. haha!(: Vanessa, in case u are looking at e posts rite now, pls reflect on ur behaviour upon last patrol outing lol XD
List of rules tat only VANESSA should adhere:

Control ur laughter, dun laugh too loud! You might scare a lot of ppl off and (ur blood vessels may burst lol)-JJ!
Be thoughtful for ur patrol members, especially Rachel teow! Dun bully her ah...
Avoid being too hyperactive. It's not bad for ur health(too hyper may be good but still...)

I'm not sure if that's all but tink there shld be more i guess haha:D anw it's march now and a lot of tests and stuff coming on e way still ve sci project, geo project etc. and also planning of maths and humanities trail! Btw sec 1s do u noe my class( 2 FAITH) and 2D r planning ur maths and humanities trail which may be held during ur enrichment? It's gonna be fun! We're setting e qns too i tink(:

ok finally a sec 1 posted. but the bbq was really very fun! i was so happy that i forgot to post. LOL. this is going to be a long post since tmr is school reopen and i need to think of happy thoughts :)

i think this is very naggy but i shall still start from the mrt station...i was undoubtedly the first one again and waited until all came except wan yee and we walked to cg. the THREE PEOPLE carrying the bottles dropped ALL the bottles which sounded amazing to me and afterwards the drama of vanessa "hiding" a bottle in her bag happened, causing adeline and rachel to go back and look for the bottles-.- vanessa cleverly went after them and dont know what happen. after they finally came back, we started poking sticks into the food. haha the hotdog was a great challenge :p yay the fun part is we started bbq-ing and imagining each other faces on the burning food. hehehe and the sizzle of the chicken wing when rachel pressed it on to the netting was so funny...*rachel the surgeon treated many cancerous chicken wings that day :D*

ok i think we should skip the eating part and go straight to playing time!! oh we played truth or dare and nobody chose dare except daring chinara :) and it was so funny...i was like hitting the black floor of the playground and feeling nervous for her. the ignorant boy were like thinking what is going on?? although it is quite obvious that they were listening lor. ohya and we played freeze and melt( diff versions: ice and water, ice and melt etc etc...) until i nearly vomitted everything i ate hahaha. the most hateful and idiotic thing that day was my stupid nose which chose to start running at the most fun parts T_T then i hav to go back and get tissue T_T x2.

lol and ya vanessa shouted super loud in the tunnel which i think the neighbouring condo estate also heard :) so hilarious we were like trying to get vanessa out so everybody can squeeze inside hahahahaha i want to do it again!!! omg i just realised something...if the guard was sitting there the whole time then she surely heard the explicit contents we were discussing during truth or dare right?! sigh...next we went to the fitness corner and i was afraid tat someone would steal my otah so i went back to get them. when me and pei ying went back we thought everybody was hiding somewhere an dwanted to scare us. lol. then when everybody sat at the mini dirty pond or something, stupid vanessa had to spray water at us?!?! VANESSA IF U WANTED TO SPLASH AT RACHEL U COULD JUST GO SIT BESIDE HER AND SPLASHED AT HER RIGHT?! WHY DO U HAVE TO WET EVERYONE??!! LUCKY I TOOK REVENGE ;)

the frightening part is coming...we were relaxing on the chairs and i had no scary thoughts and nothing about ghosts crossed my mind before we started telling ghost stories. i was like still happily admiring the stars lor. haha everyone moved closer and closer tgt during that time and rachel had to lead the screaming by announcing that a red shirt woman was sitting behind us-.- then after that the already spooked four of us had to walked through a scary path with so many bushes to get out of the place...and great rachel had to scare us again by telling us that we will see stuff if we are low spirits then we were like faking smiles and laughing hahahahaha. i was like even imagining a red or white lady in front of me!!! then this white shirt woman had to pass by at this moment and scare us like siao! and we ran-cum-walked-quickly out ^^

but i think everyone had a wonderful time right?! sadly my dad was like scolding me for going home so late and he kept repeating this mas selamat person kidnapping me >< nvm i still want to exclaim that i had a very very very very very very fun time!!! hope that the next patrol outing will also be so enjoyable!!!

Ehr...i dunno wad to say but anyway it was fum yesterday and Vanessa seems to have a pretty hard time in labour
Kar Yee was like delivering the baby from the front and was like supporting her back(as if i'm her chair LOL)
And when we played ice and water everyone was like so wild and i presume that most ppl there were quite annoyed that's what made the guard come.So nagging loh
plus yesterday was the first time i got to barbecue myself as at other times i would just be sitting there waiting to be served..Really..
i barebecued my first sausaged and it turned out black at the tip pretty cancerous(pity the person eating it I'm so sorry)
And what's more vanessa drip oil on my arm and spilled sprite on my jeans(EHRRR!)
Vanessa nex time not so loud i think you ought to lower ur audio volume and the way u laugh oso sents people laughing and yesterday at the BBQ the ppl there thght u were kind of mad(no offense it's just some advise)
Another thing vanessa splashed water on us and almost everyone was wet lucky for me to sit far enough to avoid getting my bottom wet(pity chinara-i hope i spelled her name correctly if not pardon me) and she almost pushed Adeline over the edge of the pool by simply a few inches better get some safety precautions..anyway i stilled remembered Vanessa charging towards me with that look on her face (i can't explain)but adeline saw it too we were like laughing like mad
overall it was fun all the more xD

yesterday's patrol outing was soooo fun!(: its a pity for those who didnt come .so in the end, theres only 2 sec4s, 1 sec3, 3 sec 2s and2 sec 1s and vanessa was really crazy...
rachelteow keep saying that renee's name should be pronounced as ' ri-nii' and so in the end, rachel should be pronounced as 'rei-chel' but we call her ' ra- cher' ( no offence to the other rachels, this is only meant for rachelteow!) :p
oh and vanessa, is your baby ok? you seem to have a very very difficult labour yesterday(: and vanessa, please talk softer next time kay? you are like waking everyone in the condo!
and so we played ice and melt again but its like for such a short time coz the security guard was like saying the playground is only meant for children 1 -12 and she said something to do with our weights, blahblah...
and so in the end, we ended up telling ghost stories until we were so freaked out and rachelteow dont even dare to go home ! and when me karyee, peiying and rachel were like walking out of the condo, rachel keep saying we have to be happy if not the spirits will like haunt you or whatever and we ran out of the condo in like 5 seconds?

haha it seems that I haven been tagging or posting often and adeline kept reminding me(: so now I gonna post and tag...today's friday and what day it is? It's our patrol outing but actually it's more like patrol bonding lol :D Today's having bbq at chinara's house (castle green) and it starts at 615pm. Anw I'm sup to buy otah and fishballs. Adeline's so good just buy cultery and drinks and kar yee only buying chicken wings and hotdog haha...it's quite qing song buying their stuff as I know where to buy them. Actually I'm sup to buy satay instead of otah but my fren's dad who sold satay not in s'pore and there aren't any satay stalls around my neighbourhood, so have to change to another food. Sorry to Renee that I kept changing food to buy haha! (: Btw, is kah wei coming ah? heard that she's got campfire today...elissa, u coming rite?:D

School's reopening in like...2 days sigh so sian. anw it makes no diference in having a 1 week school hols as we are given so many hw and we have to spend the hols to finish them all! They might just as well dun give us any sch hols so that we dun ve to finsih so many hw...i notice lyk mainly only sec2s posting fp blog. Hi i know im irritating but in order to keep this blog the most updated among all the pats, i don't mind sacrificing my chem revision time :)argh im so stressed out now coz the chem test is on everything that we learnt for the whole term and we hav to memorise lots of stuff. and there is also this annoying Home Ec theory test which is also occupying a lot of memory space.

nvm i feel so excited everytime i think about the coming patrol outing :D what are we roughly suppose to wear on that day? the pat tee is so rarely worn like can even breed cockroaches liao. just joking :) ohya the sec 1s dont have....

i just have an extremely tiny request for the "rachels". coz u know when you all tag with rachel we dont know which rachel exactly is it so maybe u can type something which will differentiate the two of u like maybe eg. the surname: then rachel tay will be "tay" and rachel teow will be "teow" :p ok this is hilarious. u can choose to ignore me coz i think im in an unclear state of mind due to heavy workload stress.

hehe im so addicted to posting now :p I want to watch the leap years....oh btw will there still be transfers? i hope not after that terrible experience last year. to think that the guiders still ordered my fave hawaiian pizza. but when we went to the guide shop they only sold fourteen emblems and we currently have fourteen patrols already.

ohya the logbooks and tests are getting more difficult(which is pretty obvious). u know for this world centres test a lot of ppl failed including me and i feel so depressed now because i have to take it again and go through the kill-brain-cells-process!! i failed by 3 marks -.- i shall memorise everything and work harder!but yay the 3 sec 1s passed their first test.
